Primary school joins Invictus Education Trust

Milking Bank Primary School in Dudley, West Midlands has joined Invictus Education Trust, Dudley News has reported.

Milking Back is a feeder school to Ellowes Hall Sports College, a comprehensive in Dudley.

The trust stated that the school will be provided with wider collaboration, professional development for staff, shared best practice, and strategic support with the aim of improving teaching and learning outcomes.

Invictus Education Trust’s chief executive Edward Vitalis said: "Throughout our discussions and partnership work, it has been clear that the school shares our ambition, values and unwavering commitment to providing the very best education for every child.

"Milking Bank Primary School has a strong identity and a proud place within its community, and we are excited to work alongside staff, pupils and families as the school begins this next phase of its journey.

"By working collaboratively across our family of schools, we can continue to strengthen opportunities for children, support staff development and share expertise that benefits every school within our trust."

Milking Bank Primary School’s co-head teacher Karen Brass said: "Joining Invictus Education Trust is a very positive step for our school community and one that we are incredibly excited about. Throughout the process, there has been a genuine sense of shared purpose, with a clear focus on ensuring the best possible outcomes for our children."
