Gillingham School, a secondary in Dorset, has joined the large United Learning multi-academy trust, the Daily Echo has reported.

Gillingham School has a 510-year-long history and stated that it remains committed to keeping its heritage and role within the community, adding it intends to combine its long-standing values with new opportunities for growth and innovation.
